The table height adjusts smoothly via a simple handle across a 34 cm range (56–90 cm), allowing the desk to be set at the right working position for any user. The manual mechanism is robust, reliable, and requires no power source.
The tabletop can be tilted up to 54°, bringing documents, books, and materials closer to the user without requiring them to lean forward or strain. The tilt is available as a full-width option or on the left or right side of the tabletop only.
The frame is designed without crossbars, creating open and generous clearance underneath the desk. This allows wheelchair users to position themselves comfortably close to the surface — a fundamental requirement for accessibility.
An optional supporting ruler can be placed across the full width of the tabletop to hold papers and materials securely in place when the tabletop is tilted. This accessory makes it easier for users who cannot hold materials in place themselves
The Ergo table can be ordered with optional lockable (or standard) arm supports, which provide forearm relief and assist with balanced sitting posture. They offer light upper body support and help reduce strain during prolonged use
The Ergo table can be ordered with optional independent swivel and lockable brake wheels, which help improve manoeuvrability and flexibility of the table within multi use environments. Its robust construction ensures reliability in schools, and high traffic environments
This version is used when you specifically want the table to be higher (for example for tall users or to fit certain equipment). Here, the wheels are added without compensating in the frame, so the overall table height is increased.
On this version, the wheel unit is built into a specially designed foot that compensates for the wheel height. In practice, this means the frame is lowered by the same amount that the wheel adds. The result is that the table keeps exactly the same working height as a standard table without wheels – only the mobility changes.
The tiltable tabletop and adjustable frame make the Ergo Table well suited to therapy sessions where materials need to be brought into the user's optimal working position
Creates an inclusive classroom workspace where students of different abilities and mobility levels can study, write, and participate in activities comfortably alongside their classmates
Provides an ergonomic and accessible workstation that adapts to different users and working positions, supporting wheelchair users and seated colleagues alike in the same shared environment
Functions as a desk, reading surface, or activity table that adjusts to individual comfort. Ergo table adapts to the individual and supports independence as part of daily life at home
